Good solid structure built in the early 60' as an RCMP barracks. The building consists of an unfinished basement and partial crawl space, main floor and a partial second floor. Main floor and upstairs are typical of a conventional office building featuring numerous offices, 3 bathrooms and a small kitchen area. Interior finishing is dated but in overall good condition. There is evidence of a roof leak in the SW corner that has been recently repaired. All heating, plumbing and electrical systems are understood to be in good working order. The boiler was replaced in 2010. The structure is very sound and would lend itself to be converted to a multi-family site or multi-use office complex.
